You can listen to the radio advert played regularly in all Asda stores across the nation below. This explains how everyone can save money by using up tasty food instead of throwing it away.
Asda also highlighted Love Food Hate Waste and how to make the most of food on their website 'Your Asda' and they used Facebook to get the message out too.
Other activities included extra storage guidance on some foods and a high profile internal communications campaign.
