New leftovers sensation: Spread granary toast with a smidge of butter and generous amounts of marmite, then add ricotta cheese and sliced tomatoes!!! Or you can use cottage cheese or cream cheese in place of the butter.
Saving space in the freezer

Save space in your freezer by using freezer bags instead of rigid plastic tubs for things like bolognaise, soup, pasta sauces. It looks a bit wierd but they defrost perfectly well and the bags can be washed and re-used.
